Entry multi-material inkjet printer for process development.
Entry of Ceraprinter range. A powerfull and versatile tool allowing to benefit of all Ceradrop exclusivities at a lower cost.
CeraPrinter X-Serie is a high-accuracy inkjet deposition process tool. The equipment is designed for advanced use, enabling all the process stages to be managed and understood. Its exclusive process approach dedicated to digital fabrication considerably reduces the development time enabling the user to move on directly to the functional component.
The L-Serie printer is the entry of the CeraPrinter series.

Product description.
Our process tool is dedicated to digital fabrication. The equipment was designed by materials science engineers; we moved away from the historical graphical approach to provide a real process tool. We hence provide an exclusive process approach allowing the user to move on quickly to the functional component.
The equipment is based on our patented technology - automated printhead switching and automated printhead orientation - enabling up to four materials to be printed at any discrete resolution. The system is built around industrial printheads ensuring high process repeatability, high jetting accuracy and broad material compatibility.
The system includes all the necessary facilities for high-level R&D.
The L-Serie printer is delivered with exclusive CAD software (CeraSlice) for component design and printing job definition with integration of all process parameters. The system also includes automated jetting analysis software (DropAnalyser) providing a full report on jetting quality. This information can be used directly by the printing job manager. An advanced job analysis software (FabAnalyser) is also provided.
